An overview of preffered payment methods and shipping.

Payment Overview

For All Customers, PayPal is my preffered method of payment and my shopping cart will automatically direct you to PayPal when you "check out" your purchases. All of my goods are priced in United States Dollars. Paypal will convert that into your local currency taking account current exchange rates. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still purchase using your credit card via PayPal. I am a UK Verified PayPal Account holder and so you can be sure that when you pay, you will receive your goods.

Additional Payment Methods

For UK Customers, As well as PayPal, I will also accept personal cheque and cash purchases. If these are your preferred payment methods, use the Contact Us menu and tell me which item you require and I will invoice you by e-mail. If you pay by cheque, I will wait for 5 working days for the cheque to clear before I ship your goods.

For EU Customers, As well as PayPal, I will accept cash in Euro's. If this is your preferred payment method, use the Contact us menu and tell me which item you require and I will invoice you by e-mail The goods will be shipped on receipt of cash payment.

Please Note: I do not accept Bank Cheques or Bankers Drafts rasied outside The United kingdom as UK Banks charge Excessively high fees to cash them.


All my items are shipped by UK Royal Mail Small Packets Airmail Service. The shipping charge is to cover postage, packing materials and labour.  Items are generally shipped within 48 hours of your payment clearing in my PayPal account unless the Website has a banner showing any changes to shipping dates. I will contact you by e-mail once your item has been shipped and give an expected shipping time. However, once the item has been shipped, the time taken to arrive is entirely out of my control and I cannot be held responsible in any delays in your item arriving.

Royal Mail Small Packets Airmail Service offers no track and trace option.Worldwide shipping can take between 7 and 28 days. Occasionally, depending on customs hold-ups, public holidays etc, deliveries may take longer.

I will re-ship your items if there is no arrival 35 days after posting. However, please ensure that the address that you have provided to Paypal is accurate. If the address provided is incorrect, I cannot be held responsible for postal losses.

Please Note: Shipping outside of Europe, North America, Australia and New Zealand will incur any additional charge of $30 above the normal postage rate. This is to cover for the unreliable postal systems where I see many lost (or stolen) shipments. The charge is to cover for administration, tracking, delivery confirmation and insurance to ensure you receive your purchase.

Warrantee Terms

CAT and PSK interface products are sold with a 30 Day "No Questions" satisfaction guarantee and a 12 month warrantee against material failure.

If, for any reason, during the first 30 days after receipt of the interface you decide it was not what you wanted, you can return the interface to me for a refund. The return shipping will be at "The buyers" expense, the item shall be returned in "as new" and working condition and that the refund will have a fixed $4.00 deducted to cover the initial postage of the goods.

In addition, should the interface fail during the first 12 months from receipt, I will replace the interface free of charge as long as the faulty item is shipped back to me.

We will replace at no charge for parts only or, at its option, replace any product or part of the product that proves defective because of improper workmanship and/or material, under normal installationand use.

If is unable to we are unable to provide a replacement and repair is not practical or cannot be made in a timely fashion, we may elect to refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product. Our warranty periods are 1 year from the documented date of purchase.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover?

Our warranties do not cover any problem that is caused by:

A. Conditions, malfunctions or damage to equipment resulting from defects in materials or workmanship.

B. Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper installation, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident or alteration.

C. Accessories, connected materials and products, or related products not manufactured by XGGCOMMS.COM

Our limited warranties are void if a product is returned damaged or tampered with unless the damage is due to material faulure or manufacturing defect.
